Supernova and Hypernova

Supernova
Supernova is a stellar explosion that is more energetic than a nova , during a time interval that could be over several weeks or months a supernova could radiate as much energy that the Sun could radiate during it's entire life , a supernova could outshine an entire galaxy and this stellar explosion expels most or all the star's material at a speed up to 30,000 Km/s ( 10% speed of light ) driving a shock wave into the surrounding interstellar medium. This shock wave sweeps up an expanding shell of gas and dust called a supernova remnant.
Nova means "new" in Latin, referring to what appears to be a very bright new star shining in the celestial sphere; the prefix "super-" distinguishes supernovae from ordinary novae which are far less luminous.
now let's see what is a Hypernova and what is it's relation blackholes and Hypernova

Hypernova

It is an explosion that starts after Supernova  with energy higher than the Supernova but what about black holes how they are formed ?

Black holes

Black holes are believed to be formed after Hypernova . It releases huge amounts of energy but the Hypernova only depends on the size of the star whether this star will undergo Supernova and turn into white dwarf or it will undergo Supernova and then undergo Hypernova and turns into a Black hole
