General relativity vs. special relativity

Before we get in to details first we must know that understanding General relativity or Special relativity is easy and it would be better if we don't talk about the mathematical part of the 2 theories because some people wouldn't understand it
General relativity

Albert Einstein built up his theory of gravity,
general relativity, through a series of 'thought experiments' and
mathematical proofs. In 1915 he showed that gravity is caused by objects
with mass such as planets and stars warping space-time. For example,
the Earth is caught in the curve in space-time caused by the Sun, and the Moon is caught in a warp created by the Earth. Similarly light is bent when it passes massive objects like galaxies.
As strange as these ideas may seem, numerous observations have matched Einstein's predictions. and also General relativity says that in any frame of reference, a body can not
exceed the speed of light, if a body is traveling at a speed near to the
speed of light and try to cross it then its time will slow down which
will lead to slowdown of its velocity, and the universal law persists.
here comes the famous equation of Albert Einstein of E= mc^2. This
formula says that is a body travels at a speed of light then its mass
will change into energy and hence it cannot cross the speed limit. (At
least not in these dimensions). On the other hand
